Your adventure will take you to the lovely little town of Tunbridge Vermont. The pastoral scene is a tribute to the longstanding and still thriving agricultural community in Tunbridge, showcased every year at the Tunbridge Worlds Fair in September.
The cabin is atop a wooded hill set back from the road for peace and quiet and over looking a lovely field. Though very secluded, a 10 minute drive down the hill will take you to S.Royalton village where several quaint restaurants and a market are available. There is also access to the White River for swimming, fishing, tubing, and kayaking.
In the winter months there is X-country at the Tunbridge fairgrounds, and down hill at Suicide Six (30mins), Quechee (45mins), Killington/Pico (45mins). Snowshoeing can be done on the trails at the cabin, but there is also access to the Long Trail nearby in Hartford.
